You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. The Platform will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Platform immediately at [email protected].
The Platform may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a specified threshold, or as required by anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of address. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
All deposits must be made through the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Available payment methods may change without prior notice. The Platform is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach your Account due to errors made by third-party payment providers.
Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on this Platform as contextual payment references only. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified bonus validity period.
While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum permitted bet per round or per event applies. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the outcome was favourable. This limit is specified in the individual offer terms.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino, roulette or sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Full game contribution tables are provided with each offer.
Bonuses expire after the period stated in the offer. Any unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y4444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from harmful components or that any defects will be corrected. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to the Service.
The Platform's total liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.
y4444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Service and may close your Account by contacting support prior to the effective date.
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time. Users may request Account closure by contacting the Platform's support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending KYC, active bonus activity or outstanding withdrawal requests.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any Account without notice where the Platform reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Service. In the event of termination for cause, the Platform may withhold Account balances pending investigation.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have cleared all applicable conditions will be returned to the User via the most recently used verified payment method.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override applicable mandatory laws of any jurisdiction.
y4444 expressly does not claim to be licensed, regulated, endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani court.
